We try our best to keep the information on this website updated, including colour, size specification, dosage, availability, etc. The inclusion of any products or services at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. By placing an order, you agree to use the ordered products in a lawful manner. We may change the information about prices and availability without notice.

Order Acceptance
Though we confirm orders by email and/or phone, the receipt of an email/phone order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We retain the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to decline the order of any customer. We also may require additional verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

Order Cancellation
If you decided to cancel your order, please contact our customer support service using the Contact Us form or by phone and give us the reason for cancellation. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Dispatched orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Order Processing
To place an order with our pharmacy, you should choose the products, paying attention to dosage and quantity. Then choose suggested delivery service. Fill in all required information (make sure you provide the correct shipping, billing address and credit card information during Checkout). Double check whether you filled in the data correctly and press Place Order. If necessary, you can alter or add details to your shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order. Please contact our customer support service using the Contact Us form or by phone. Please be informed that we DO NOT issue a refund or reship the order when a customer provides us with the wrong shipping address.

We provide our customers with discounts (5% and 15% off the regular price) and bonuses. Contact our customer support service for more details.
The order processing may take up to 72 hours to check whether the order is fraudulent and there are any mistakes in your order details. Your card will be charged only after the order is confirmed and approved.
In some cases, the actual charged amount may differ from the total invoice amount due to the currency conversion fee. Please pay attention before you place an order. The currency conversion fee may be charged regardless of the payment type (credit, debit, prepaid, gift, etc.).

We would like to inform you that we ship our products in a brown package marked Gift, Supplement, Plastic Product etc. All medications are packed in bubble wrap that prevents your order from any kind of damage.

The medications we dispatch are produced in India, Singapore, China, the USA, the UK, Germany, Italy, France, Puerto Rico and Turkey. We cooperate with reliable suppliers and provide timely delivery. We guarantee the product delivery or reshipping within 45 working days without additional charge.

Delivery Policy

Our online pharmacy provides, but it is not limited to, following delivery services:

  1. Royal Mail, EMS 7-12 workdays (rarely up to 25 workdays)
  2. UK Mail, International Registered Mail 14-21 working days (rarely up to 35 workdays)
Shipping price is displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are accurate but can fluctuate due to unpredictable events, including natural disasters, weather conditions, holidays, geopolitical situations in the country of dispatch, transit countries, and destination country and other events which may affect timely delivery. The order cannot be dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Each customer receives a tracking number (tracking ID) via email to track the order. The order tracking is available through the Track My Order menu option on the main page of our website.

Refund and Reshipment
We are sorry, but we don't accept any returns. We will issue a refund or reshipment of your order for free when:

  1. Your request to cancel the order was sent before the dispatch.
  2. Your chosen product is currently out of stock.
  3. Your chosen shipping method is temporarily unavailable.
  4. Wrong or damaged products were delivered, e.g. broken pills (photo of the parcel and the product should be provided).
  5. The product is not effective (photo of the parcel and the product should be provided).
  6. The parcel was not received by the customer within a specified delivery time.
  7. The sender shipped the order to the wrong delivery address.

We refund the payment for the order only in cases where the parcel was not delivered within a specified time after the dispatch.

We only reship the missing order items in cases where the delivery partially failed (not all products arrived within a specified delivery time). Photo of the parcel and the product should be provided.

We do not issue a refund or reshipping of your order when:

  1. You request to cancel the order was sent after the dispatch.
  2. The wrong shipping address was provided by the customer that caused non-delivery.
  3. The customer did not pick up the order and it was sent back to sender.
  4. The order was placed more than 6 months before the refund/reshipment request.
